About Craig
Primary Service
  • Internal Medicine

In addition to an internship/residency in internal medicine, Dr. Greenman specializes in evaluating and treating osteoporosis and other bone disorders. He has completed the Fracture Liaison Service certification course and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist.

Using quality measures in osteoporosis and fracture management and under the direction of Dr. Greenman, the Bone Health Program helps cover the care gap for patients with fragility fractures like compression fractures and hip fractures. The program assists providers referring patients for treatment after both fragility fractures and also for primary osteoporosis, as well as routine bone health DEXA screenings.

Half of all women over 50 in the United States will suffer from an osteoporosis-related fracture in their lifetime. A quarter of all men over 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis. Dr. Greenman suggests those age 50+ with a fracture should have a bone health evaluation.
